Covid-19 Protocols and Pre-Screening Updates

Greetings from Procopio Towle Dental Office, We hope everyone is remaining safe and well during these very uneasy times. We are writing to advise our patients that we are going back to more restrictive Covid-19 Protocols and Pre-Screening questions per the recent stay-at-home orders and travel mandate.

-In addition to our regular pre-screening protocols that we currently have in place, we will also ask that all family members (in the same household) have not experienced Covid-19 symptoms within 24 hours of the appointment, and have not had any overnight travel of more than 150 miles in the last 10 days.

-We will see less patients in order to space appointments between patients, reduce waiting times and accommodate more social distancing.

-We will designate one entrance door and a separate exit door.

-We highly recommend that you stay in your car and call or text our office when you have arrived in the parking lot. We will contact you back when we are ready to walk you directly to your dental operatory room.

-We would like to reassure you that we have plenty of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

-We will continue our regiment of obsessive cleaning and sanitizing with hospital grade disinfectants.

-We have an extraordinary Office Team Members that are well-trained in our culture of safety and trusted care.

-We also offer contactless payments with credit/debit cards, smartphone and mobile devices.
