This year, Procopio Wolter Dental Office plans to make a difference in the fight against hunger and we’re committed to doing our part, too. We are excited to partner with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and serve as a drop-off location beginning September 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 to help those in need in our local and surrounding communities.
It is estimated that 1 in 8 people in the two counties – about 180,000 individuals turn to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano each month. Working families are the most frequent users of food assistance programs. At time, even two incomes are not enough to pay all the bills. Families and individuals often must choose between paying for food or paying for other necessities such as utilities and health care.
By making a minimal donation of a nonperishable food item per patient, we can make a difference in our communities and you will receive a $50.00* credit towards your patient account.
With your support we can make a positive impact today in alleviating hunger. Please stop by and drop off your donated items in our dental office during our business hours through December 31, 2019.
