With the current extension of the “Shelter-in-Place” Order and concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we expect our office to be closed until Sunday, May 3, 2020. For the remainder of this week ending April 3, 2020, we will continue to be open for emergency appointments only on:
Wednesday 4/1/2020 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Friday 4/3/2020 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Starting Monday, April 6, 2020 we will be open for emergency appointments only on:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:00 AM – 3:00PM
As a friendly reminder, if you are unable to reach a live team member during our “open for emergencies only” days and hours above, please leave a voicemail and/or email and your message will be returned within 24 hours. If you contact our office after hours, please call (925) 933-5677 and press 2, and your call will be forwarded directly to Dr. Procopio.
Procopio Towle Dental Office team is proactive in screening patients before initiating dental procedures including the following: disclosure of any recent traveling in last month and presentation of any flu-like symptoms. We will have limited team members and one patient at a time to allow for social distancing, as well as complete disinfection of the office between procedures. Our clinical team diligently wears personal-protective equipment (PPE) and have taken an extra step by wearing disposable attire – gowns, masks (N95), gloves, and shoe booties. We also provide shoe covers (or “booties”) for patient use when entering our office.
We are in the process of rescheduling all appointments for the month of April 2020. We want to personally THANK each one of you for your understanding and patience during these challenging times.
